Refund Policy
Customers residing outside of France have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to inform ECMO of their intention to return one or more items.
Returns must be arranged at the customer’s own expense, using their preferred shipping method, to the address provided by ECMO.
No prepaid return label will be issued.
Customers then have an additional fourteen (14) working days to ship the item(s) after notifying ECMO of their decision to return.
Returned products must be new, undamaged, unworn (except for the necessary fitting to assess the product’s characteristics), unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging.
Important: Returned items must not have any odor (perfume, tobacco, perspiration, cooking, etc.).
ECMO reserves the right to refuse any return showing signs of wear, dirt, or use beyond what is strictly necessary to evaluate the product.
Return Costs
For all international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or return delivery fees are also borne by the customer.
Refund
Provided that the above conditions are met, ECMO will refund the total amount of the order (items and original shipping costs) using the same payment method used for the purchase, once the returned products have been received and inspected.
The customer is responsible for any depreciation in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or proper functioning.
ECMO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the damage caused to the returned product, or to pursue legal action in the event of evident deterioration.
