At ecmo™, our goal is clear: to create excellent marine clothing that guarantees the total satisfaction of our customers.
Each piece in our collection is rigorously tested to ensure it meets our high standards. We work with recognized independent laboratories to guarantee the quality of our yarns, the strength of our knits and the color fastness. Here are some examples tests that we carry out regularly: tensile strength, seam strength, colour fastness and waterproofness.
Despite our efforts, it may happen that a garment presents an anomaly due to the delicate nature of our materials or the complexity of our craftsmanship. In these rare cases, we remain faithful to our commitments and are at your side to solve the problem.
01 – Wear or Manufacturing Defect?
If an ecmo™ garment has a manufacturing defect, we promise to repair or replace it without hesitation. We will simply ask that you give us the time necessary to examine the item and identify the cause of the problem. If the defect is indeed manufacturing related, no charge will be applied.
However, we ask our customers to follow the care instructions provided with our garments, as we cannot guarantee their durability if these instructions are not followed.
02 – How Much Do Repairs Cost?
Each request is reviewed individually, and we do our utmost to minimise costs. If any fees apply, they will be communicated transparently before any action is taken. If a garment is deemed beyond repair, we may offer you a replacement, ideally with a new piece from our collection.
The shipping costs for sending the garment to our workshop are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable delivery service with tracking and signature. Once the work is done, we will take care of the return for customers in France. For international shipments, a contribution may be requested, but we will keep you informed before any commitment.
